You will receive a login ID and password by email when the account has been activated.
2. How can I change my password?
If your training organisation (or Aerosolutions) has enabled this option, then you can change your password on the Settings webpage.
3. I have forgotten my login information to access the site. How can I obtain that?
For your convenience, we have added a "Forgot password?" option to our site which will automatically send your login credentials to the e-mail address that your account is registered under. After selecting this link from the main login page, you will be prompted to input your Login ID. We will email you the proper login instructions.
4. I have tried to log on to ABACUS without success. What now?

5. Do I get notified when my account expires?
In the SETTINGS module, you will find the expiration date for your account.
6. How much time does it take to activate an account?
Normally, this takes about 1 day. If you send us a copy of your bank receipt by email, you will get immediate access. If you use creditcard payment, Aerosolutions will send you an email with your registration and login information immediately.
7. On the ABACUS forum, I often find an ?FTO statement?. What is that?
Our members are both individual users and Flight Training Organisations. Statements posted on the forum by an FTO can be marked as an ?FTO statement?. This allows students to verify the opinion of their school related to a specific question.
8. Can ABACUS be used in all JAA countries?
ABACUS is an interactive application with an extensive question database. Because it is an internet application, it can be used everywhere throughout the world. In countries were the JAR-FCL regulations are not yet applicable, ABACUS can also be very useful during your training. The questions (including a large number of pictures and sounds) will increase your level of knowledge considerably.
9. Are all ABACUS database questions in English?
Indeed, ALL questions and corresponding answers are in English.
10. How many students have been using ABACUS?
Over the last few years, over 1500 student pilots and teachers have been using ABACUS.
11. Is there an off-line version of ABACUS available?
Unfortunately, there is no off-line version of ABACUS available.
12. It is safe using credit card payments.

13. What is the average success rate of students using ABACUS?
Feedback from our individual users and Flight Training Organisations shows that there is an excellent correlation between the ABACUS test results and the JAA test results. Using ABACUS on a regular basis will increase your score considerably. Based on the data from our FTO members, the success rate is nearly 95%.
14. I didn't receive an email with my access codes after payment. What now?
We have received reports from some of our customers that occasionally e-mail from Aerosolutions will be routed to Hotmail's Junk Mail folder. Aerosolutions is working to better understand why this happens and to prevent this problem. If you experience problems receiving messages from Aerosolutions and you are using Hotmail, we recommend that you check your Junk Mail Folder and verify your Hotmail Junk Mail settings.
