ELP Test Payment Policy
DEFINITIONSThe definition of a “Customer” refers to any person who purchase or uses the Aerosolutions ELP Test on www.aerosolutions.be The services provided cover aviation language online proficiency tests offered by the Aerosolutions LAB.
PAYMENT CONDITIONS AND SECURITY
You should register for the test at least three working days before the test date. In your registration email, spell your name exactly as it is spelled on the identification you will bring on test day. Once you have registered, we will send you a confirmation email with payment instructions and registration number.
The Aerosolutions ELP test is a prepaid test, and it can only be started after the full amount due is transferred into the Aerosolutions bank account. Aerosolutions does not accept PayPal or credit card transactions. Please pay your Test Fee within three working days after you received your confirmation email and send a copy of the bank transfer receipt by email to Aerosolutions.
When making payment, please enter your name and the ELP Registration Number. Your ELP Test registration is not valid until Aerosolutions has received full payment. The test fee can be found on our website. Bank details for payment are as follows:

Do not send cash for payment.
The Aerosolutions LAB reserves the right to change prices without any prior notice period. Already purchased tests are exempted from that. Customers must bear in mind that additional charges might arise from licensing national aviation authorities when applying for a language proficiency license entry.
Once we have received your payment, we will contact you within 2 business days to select testing date / time and to send you the invoice for the Service. If you have not received a registration confirmation email within 3 business days, please contact Aerosolutions immediately.
CANCELLATION/REFUND
After completing the payment, the Customer has initiated the test and therefore the right to cancel the test is forfeited. In case a Customer is unable to complete the ELP Test, the Aerosolutions LAB will not grant refunds. Only in exceptional cases will a test repetition without any additional payments be granted.
Language test services and products will be offered according to the availability of our professional language proficiency examiners. The Aerosolutions LAB assumes no liability or responsibility for the cancellation of tests due to force majeure. A substitute test will be offered within 3 weeks after the cancellation. If this substitute test is not offered, the purchase amount will be refunded to the Customer.
